Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Scalini Store offers free standard shipping on all orders.

If express shipping or premium delivery options are available, the price and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs processing, holidays, and order volume.

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.
  • European Union: 6 to 12 business days.
  • United States: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Rest of World: 8 to 18 business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@scalinistore.com. We can only update an address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Scalini Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@scalinistore.com. We will help investigate the issue with the courier or shipping partner.

If a package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement shipment, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@scalinistore.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, shoebox, and shipping packaging.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or unavailable recipient, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
